Jamie has over 12 years experience in Policing, serving in various roles and at the time of leaving Victoria Police, Jamie was in the position of an Acting Sergeant. Within Victoria Police, Jamie spent a majority of his career in the Highway Patrol, where Jamie was required to investigate and manage many fatal vehicle accidents and manage major crime scenes.
Since leaving Victoria Police, Jamie serves the community as a Local Laws Officer for the Melton Shire Council. This position required Jamie to be on-call and the daily tasks and duties is very similar to that of a Police Officer. Jamie is currently registered as a Private Investigator and qualified in Security Operations, Security Supervision, Control Room Operations, Training and Assessment, Dog Handling and has a Diploma in Policing and a Diploma in Public Safety.
